Participants can apply for FREE training, including:
• 24-hour Solar Training

Upon successful completion of the program, participants will receive a $300 stipend.

Graduates may also have the opportunity to continue their career pathway through:
• On-the-job training with non-union companies
• The opportunity to register for the IBEW Local 531 Electrician Apprenticeship Program

Completion of Tier I also provides the opportunity to advance to Tier II and Tier III trainings within the Soul Power Program, creating a pathway to long-term employment in the clean energy workforce.
