The criminal justice system is heavily impacted by the bias of police mentality, as well as outdated judicial precedents.  It is largely driven by racial disparities, which directly obstruct and deconstruct our minority communities. The focus is on equitable dispensation of justice for all. Disproportionate incarceration, racially motivated policing strategies, and racially biased, discriminatory, and mandatory minimum sentencing will end. Incarceration will be greatly reduced, and communities will be safer. Legal cases reported to it will be investigated if criteria are met. Supervise litigation in which the branch is interested.
